AT WAR (USA/VA)

At War was formed in 1983 by Shawn Helsel, Dave Stone, and Paul Arnold. They released their first demo in 1985, a two song rager called "Eat Lead". It was soon after that they started getting offers for record deals. They decided to sign with New Renaissance which released their debut, Ordered to Kill in 1986.

EAT LEAD 1985 DEMO

The demo was designed by the band and sent to a cassette duplicator to manufacture them. The covers (printed w/ texture) were done locally by a commercial printer and sent along with the recording duplicators for manufacture assembly and shrink wrap. The cover had the lyrics printed on the inside.  The tapes shows white "R A 10" printing on top of cassette.
